About the Role
Porsche is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to support the Communications & Digital team in Dubai. The intern will assist with brand and product campaigns, social media initiatives, performance reporting, and event coordination for the Icons of Porsche event.

- Gain insight into Marketing department daily operations
- Coordinate brand and product campaigns with creative agency
- Develop social media initiatives and review Google platform performance
- Manage key elements of communication strategy for Icons of Porsche event
- Provide personal assistance to Marketing leadership team on strategic topics
- Create leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting
- Coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events
- Step in and cover HQ reception desk as needed
Requirements
- University studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- IT Skills (SAP / CRM systems knowledge)
- Social media content creation skills
- Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
- Availability for full 6 month internship from 24 Aug 2026 to 26 Feb 2027

Department Overview
- Marketing department consists of Communications, Digital, Experiential & Product pillars.
- Internship is part of Communications & Digital team focusing on brand/product marketing and digital footprint.
What to expect?
- Gaining insight into Marketing department daily operations.
- Overseeing brand and product campaigns in liaison with creative agency.
- Developing social media initiatives and monthly Google platform performance reviews.
- Managing key elements of communication strategy for Icons of Porsche event.
- Personal assistance to Marketing leadership team on strategic topics.
- Creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
- Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting.
- Coordinating department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
- Stepping in to cover HQ reception desk.

Package
- Internship with one of the world's most luxury car brands.
- 5,500 AED monthly income (inclusive of allowance).
- Working visa and health insurance.
- 5 Days Annual Leave.
Contractual Terms
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break).
- Full 6 month internship period from 24 August 2026 to 26 February 2027.
