Responsibilities
- Gain insights about the Aftersales department daily operations
- Support in various activities within the team, including parts pricing, business target calculation, product management and communication
- Provide personal assistance to the Aftersales Director on strategic topics
- Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
- Manage monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
- Support in the further development of the Aftersales reporting (Power BI) by defining, implementing and maintaining analytical use cases
- Support the team with building presentations and ad hoc administration
- Coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
- Step in and cover the HQ reception desk as part of intern responsibilities
Requirements
- Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
- University studies in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- IT Skills (Power BI)
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing personality
- Quickness to grasp new tasks
- Independent work style, self management
- Availability for 6 months from 24 Aug 2026 to 26 Feb 2027

What to expect?

Package
- Internship with one of the world’s most luxury car brands
- 5,500 AED monthly income (inclusive of allowance)
- Working visa and health insurance
- 5 Days Annual Leave
Contractual Terms
- Full time hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Full 6 month internship period from 24 August 2026 to 26 February 2027
