About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gain insight into the Marketing department’s daily operations
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of key experiential marketing initiatives such as Product Launches, Driving Events, and Lighthouse projects
- Assist with preparation and logistical coordination for conferences, including venue research, guestlist management, RSVP tracking, and updating internal planning decks
- Provide on site event support during setup, rehearsals, guest management, and post event dismantling
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and PR, as well as external agencies and partners
- Assist with customs clearance coordination for incoming event related shipments
- Maintain the Experiential Marketing storeroom and oversee inventory updates
- Update and manage the Importer Activity Overview report, capturing events and activations across the Importer network using Think Cell
- Support administrative processes including purchase requisition creation and tracking via SAP
- Step in and cover the HQ reception desk as needed
Requirements
- Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
- University studies in Events Management or Business (preferred Marketing focus) or related field
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- IT Skills (SAP / CRM systems knowledge)
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing personality
- Quickness to grasp new tasks
- Independent work style, self management
- Availability for 6 months (24 Aug 2026 – 26 Feb 2027)

Role Overview
- At Porsche, the Marketing department consists of four key pillars: Communications, Digital, Experiential & Product.
- This internship will specifically be part of the Experiential team; their primary responsibilities are planning and delivering immersive brand experiences through events such as product launches, driving experiences, and flagship initiatives.
What to expect?
- Gaining insight into the Marketing department’s daily operations
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of key experiential marketing initiatives such as Product Launches, Driving Events, and Lighthouse projects
- Assisting with the preparation and logistical coordination for conferences, including venue research, guestlist management, RSVP tracking, and updating internal planning decks
- Providing on site event support during setup, rehearsals, guest management, and post event dismantling
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and PR, as well as external agencies and partners, to help deliver high impact brand experiences
- Assisting with customs clearance coordination for incoming event related shipments
- Maintaining the Experiential Marketing storeroom and overseeing inventory updates

Package

- 5,500 AED monthly income (inclusive of allowance)

Contractual Terms
- Full time hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Full 6 month internship period from 24 August 2026 to 26 February 2027
