About the Role
Wasael Property Management seeks a Technical Admin Supervisor to provide proactive administrative support within the Asset Management Department. The role involves maintaining asset records, developing reports, and assisting with contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Weekly, monthly and ad hoc report development as per requirements
- Maintain and update all property documents and technical library
- Support to maintain asset records and databases necessary to retain accurate and decision useful asset data
- Maintain, monitor, update, and regularly report asset register/data generated from the CAFM system
- Assist in validating and reviewing asset data received from the Operations team prior to uploading data into the CAFM system
- Formalise the records in presentations addressed to Sinyar Management
- Administer regular client reporting
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Asset Management team (i.e., minutes of meetings, presentations, leave roster, correspondence, etc.)
- Follow up with different departments to ensure the effective processing of business requirements
- Plan and arrange site visits in coordination with the client and Operations team
- Assist in producing RFP documentation as per Sinyar standards
- Assist in implementing comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes
Requirements
- Diploma Level (minimum) – business administration or Engineering
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical/Engineering related administration role
- Basic experience in ERP is essential
- Excellent Expertise in MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, and Power point
- Facilities Management, Asset Management industry experience
- Should have experience in basic technical writing

Job Purpose
- To provide pro active general administrative support within Asset Management Department with focus on assets, contracts, and budgets. To ensure that full administrative needs are met for an effective, smooth operation, promoting excellence.
Job Responsibilities

Job Requirement
- Diploma Level (minimum) – business administration or Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical/Engineering related administration role.
- Basic experience in ERP is essential.
- Excellent Expertise in MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, and Power point.
- Knowledge of MS Projects (Advantage but not essential).
- Data analysis skills is advantage.
- Facilities Management, Asset Management industry experience.
- Should have experience in basic technical writing.
- FSI/CAFM software (Advantage but not essential)
