About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational procedures, policies and standards are followed by the team and take corrective actions
- Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure tasks are completed to required standards
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on site
- Identify risks on site and report to EHS Team for corrective action
- Coordinate site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per client expectations
- Evaluate team performance and identify development areas
- Determine required technical support and provide recommendations to Facilities Manager
- Consolidate service and technical reports to update Facilities Manager
- Apply and update technical documentation to ensure reliable technical information of the site
- Recommend and identify technical and general improvements on sites
- Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
- Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management Contractor
Requirements
- Engineering degree preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- Min 4 years of experience in a Team in a Supervisory role where quality and delivery were key
- Knowledge of Building Technical installations
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Standards

Job Purpose
- Overseeing a technical team in all aspects of service delivery to ensure Client requirements for facility services are achieved in terms of quality, technical solutions and in line with assigned budgets.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies and standards and monitoring of such are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions.
- Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure that assigned tasks are being completed to required standards.
- Ensures that all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the assigned site.
- Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to EHS Team for corrective action.
- Coordination of the site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per Clients expectations.
- Evaluate team’s performance, in order to identify development areas and in line with Company performance review process.
- Determine the required technical support and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager.
- Consolidate service and technical reports to update Facilities Manager about the status of the properties.
- Apply and update technical documentation to ensure reliable technical information of the site.
- Recommend and identify technical (HVAC, electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and general improvements on sites.
- Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the given schedule by Facilities Manager.
- Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management’s Contractor.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Engineering degree preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
- Work Experience: Min 4 years of experience in a Team in a Supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities.
- Knowledge: Building Technical installations. Health and Safety Regulations and Standards.
