Process all financial entries in the system by checking the related documents.
Responsibilities
- Record daily sales.
- Process payments for purchase orders, travel advances, petty cash reimbursements, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare journal vouchers.
- Schedule and prepare vendor checks and payments.
- Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, payment, and documentation discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in finance.
