Job Description
The Accountant will support the Finance Control team by ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
The role contributes to the company's financial health and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Assist with accounting systems and process implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Perform cost analysis and provide cost-saving strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
- Stay updated on accounting industry trends and best practices.
- Support Finance Control team goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
