About the Role
UiPath seeks a Technical Account Manager for its Retail, Travel & Logistics Client Success team. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers build and scale enterprise automation and agentic AI programs.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers as a trusted technical advisor, guiding technical maturity of automation programs including transformation to agentic automation
- Drive platform adoption and usage across accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Sales
- Provide UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting
- Advise customers on AI agents, LLM powered workflows, and intelligent decisioning for retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing use cases
- Guide customers through transformation of existing RPA/BPA processes into agentic automation
- Educate and enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices
- Conduct design and code reviews for automations and agentic workflows
- Perform technical health checks of customers' automation and agentic AI programs
- Collaborate with UiPath Product Support to manage escalated support incidents
- Partner with customer technical teams to design solutions connecting automation, AI, orchestration, and integrations
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in a technical customer facing role (TAM, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Support)
- Background in programming (e.g., .NET, C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, PowerShell)
- Hands on exposure to modern AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, GenAI frameworks)
- Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations (model hosting, latency, governance, security, cost management)
- Experience in Windows/Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; English fluency required

Your Mission
- As a Technical Account Manager, help customers build and scale enterprise automation and agentic AI programs across retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor from day one, guiding customers through the shift from traditional RPA to intelligent, agentic automation.
What You'll Do At UiPath

What You'll Bring To The Team
- 3+ years professional experience in a technical customer facing role (TAM, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Support).
- Background in programming, preferably .NET but others okay: C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell.
- Hands on exposure to modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, vector databases, or GenAI application frameworks.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations such as model hosting, latency, governance, security, and cost management.
- Experience in Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; English fluency required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, Integration Service, or other advanced platform capabilities.
- Experience in retail, travel & hospitality, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with retail and supply chain operational workflows such as source to pay, order to cash, inventory management, demand planning, order management, warehouse operations, or fleet/logistics coordination.
- Relevant industry or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Demonstrated agility in learning and adopting emerging AI assisted development tools.
