About the Role
UiPath seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to partner with Account Executives in generating revenue through technical ownership of sales cycles. The role requires a blend of business and technical skills to present and demonstrate automation solutions to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- Proactively support end to end sales activities and create strong value propositions
- Undertake thorough analysis of customer business requirements to identify potential opportunities
- Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities
- Articulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during deal process
- Learn benefits of new technologies and how to integrate with UiPath
- Drive end user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training
- Work closely with Customer delivery leads and Professional Services teams
- Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities including blogs and speaking events
- Contribute to clients' business objectives by offering industry relevant perspective
- Lead technical engagements across the sales process
- Work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize
- Keep up to date with technology, industry changes and Presales community changes
Requirements
- Experience in a customer facing, account management or strategic consulting organization
- Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
- Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic
- Results oriented and outcome based mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
- Self motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Team player attitude with ability to work in fast paced environment
- Previous experience with UiPath or other automation platforms (advantage)
- Previous experience with Test Automation tools (advantage)

Your mission
- The Solutions Consultant will partner with the Account Executive to generate revenue with technical ownership of opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle.
- Must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills to present and demonstrate solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences.
- This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will eventually require some travel.
What You'll Do At UiPath
