Description
Act as a principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for AWS Enterprise Support customers across industries and company sizes.
Support customer adoption and use of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, analytics, applications, networking, serverless and generative AI.
This is a technical customer advisory role rather than a sales role.
Customer Technical Advisory
- Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for customers.
- Develop trusting relationships and understand customer business needs and technical challenges.
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders from developers through C-suite executives.
- Provide strategic technical direction using standard methodologies.
Operational Support
- Keep AWS environments operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Review service disruptions, monthly and quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
- Solve problems across customers as workloads migrate to the cloud.
- Address incidents, technical trade-offs and risk management concerns.
