- Drive commercial goals and achieve KPIs including revenue, comp growth, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth
- Complete tasks as assigned by Store Manager including visual merchandising and operations

- Natural ability to build genuine relationships through strong communication
- Strong aptitude for product sales and consumer engagement
- Ability to make bold, strategic recommendations to drive sales
- Flexible work schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability during vacation blackout period Nov 15 Jan 15
- High school diploma

What You'll Do Store Experience
- Authentically connect with customers and deliver consistent and exceptional service.
- GPOP (Get Product On People) to demonstrate product inside and outside the store.
- Educate on products and 100% natural wellness.
- Make bold recommendations to support wellness needs.
- Contribute to a team environment where all Team Members experience belonging.
What You'll Do Business Ownership
- Be accountable to driving commercial goals and work as a team to achieve performance targets.
- Generate business results and achieve key KPIs including revenue, comp growth, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth.
- Complete tasks as assigned by Store Manager including visual merchandising, operations, and development.

Compensation
- Starting wage for this role is CAD 17.95 hourly.
