Requirements
- 7 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or co manufacturing
- Proven experience negotiating supplier and manufacturing agreements
- Strong background in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance management
- Experience working with co manufacturers within CPG, retail, or wellness industries strongly preferred
- Proven people leadership experience including coaching and mentoring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field required
- Advanced Excel capability and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX)

The impact you'll make
- Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Planning, the Senior Manager, Co Manufacturing is responsible for strategic sourcing and oversight of co manufacturing facilities.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers, manage and negotiate agreements, ensure cost effective, high quality products.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Planning Team to coordinate all co manufacturing activities.
What you'll do Vendor selection
- Strategically identify and qualify reliable suppliers for co manufacturing based on size, strength, and geography.
- Select vendors to ensure greatest value; initiate qualification audits to onboard new vendors.
- Audit existing vendors annually and work with vendors to take corrective actions.
What you'll do Build and manage relationships
- Manage all co manufacturer relationships and ensure contracts cover pricing, quality, and supply requirements.
- Represent Saje with co manufacturers for successful execution of R&D projects, quality improvements, and cost targets.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams.
What you'll do Audit and continuous improvement
- Work with cross functional teams to develop, implement and monitor key KPIs.
- Ensure quarterly reviews and follow up on corrective actions; share annual scorecards with Leadership.
- Lead annual and biannual inventory counts; establish cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Lead the Co Manufacturing Procurement Team including people management, coaching, and mentoring.

- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or co manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proven experience negotiating supplier agreements.
- Strong background in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience with co manufacturers within CPG, retail, or wellness industries strongly preferred.
- Proven people leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field required.
