- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO standards
- Support kitchen operations during peak business periods
- Minimize food waste and report any shortages or equipment issues
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
