- Track delivery flow to support timely order dispatch and reduce delays
- Report operational issues or delivery discrepancies to management promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or dispatch coordination preferred
- Experience in delivery based restaurant operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of POS and order management systems
- Familiarity with fast paced restaurant environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Job Purpose
- We are looking for detail oriented Dispatcher who will coordinate between the kitchen and delivery drivers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient dispatching of customer orders while maintaining smooth delivery operations and minimizing order errors.
Key Responsibilities
