- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and back of house facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the restaurant
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures
- Clean tables, chairs, windows, and other restaurant fixtures
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
- Support restaurant operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment during and after operating hours
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willing and able to work in Abu Dhabi (AUH)

Job Overview
- To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic restaurant environment by ensuring all dining, kitchen, and back of house areas meet company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
