- Manage day to day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain brand operational standards across food preparation, packaging, storage, and service delivery
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor and improve average transaction value and guest traffic
- Execute local store marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Control labor cost, food cost, wastage, utilities, and overall operational expenses
- Conduct inventory management and stock reconciliation regularly
- Analyze restaurant performance reports and take corrective actions
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Operational Management

- Maintain front of house readiness and service quality standards at all times.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant team members to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
- Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.
- Identify high potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and financial records.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations.
