Responsibilities
- Provide written instructions and guidance to Operations staff for solving operating problems and optimizing conditions
- Review and develop operating procedures for existing plants and new modifications
- Resolve non compliance to process safety elements and integrity compliance KPI
- Develop Operating Windows for critical equipment and systems
- Participate in studies like HAZOP, SIL, Risk assessment, Root Cause Analysis, PTW audits
- Interface with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Technical departments
- Review and monitor overall reliability efforts and participate in improvement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in production engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant Production Operations experience in Gas Processing Plants
- At least 5 years in supervisory role

Operations Coordination and Support
- Provide written instructions and guidance to Operations staff for solving operating problems and optimizing conditions.

- Develop Operating Windows for critical equipment and systems.

- Review operating data and highlight deviations from operating envelopes.
- Interface with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Technical departments.
- Active involvement in shutdown planning, minor/major projects and commissioning.
- Review reports for abnormalities and alarm management system.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in production engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant Production Operations experience in Gas Processing Plants.
- At least 5 years in supervisory role.
