About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage all operational documentation, including container details, In & Out records, delivery orders, and shipping line/customs related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents, adhering to regulations and company policies
- Maintain organized and up to date records of all documentation
- Regular yard inspection and supervision of ground ops
- Generate regular reports on operational activities, highlighting key metrics
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents as needed
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and records
- Coordinate with stakeholders including shipping lines, transporters, and customers
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations
- Address and resolve documentation related issues or discrepancies promptly
- Comply with Abu Dhabi Ports health and safety Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among staff and stakeholders
Requirements
- High School certificate / Diploma degree is a plus
- Ports & Maritime Certificate or IMDG Certificate is a plus
- English language proficiency; Arabic is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Ports Industry
- Excellent understanding of Government organization and processes
- Familiar with international shipping/port regulations and conventions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office

Job Description
- The Operations Documentation Executive ensures the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all operational documents, facilitating smooth and efficient Terminal operations.
