About the Role
AD Ports Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and review business processes, maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, and execute improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures aligned with company quality standards
- Prepare quality assurance action plans and implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Conduct Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits
- Review and maintain IMS documents such as policies, TORs, SOPs, and Work Instructions
- Act as corporate Customer Feedback Management representative
- Coordinate training and support to process owners on IMS and core processes
- Prepare quality reports and presentations
- Execute quality and process improvement initiatives and transformation projects
- Maintain process level risks, opportunities, and non conformities log
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Excellence, Computer Science, or related field
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (Required)
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Maritime
- Experience in Management Systems and Process Improvement (Required)
- Written and Spoken English essential; Arabic preferred
- Lead/Internal Auditor Certification to ISO 45001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 55001 preferred
- Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA preferred

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Educational and Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Excellence, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (Required).
- Lead/Internal Auditor Certification to ISO 45001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 55001 standards (Preferred).
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA.
Language Skills
- Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
Years of Experience
- A minimum of 4 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Nature of Experience
- Logistics & Supply Chain/ Manufacturing / Maritime.
- Experience in Management Systems and Process Improvement (Required).
- Experience auditing in a technical environment is preferred.
