About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the entire Reservation operation according to department standards
- Ensure every caller directed to the Reservations department receives an optimum level of services and care
- Check the Reservations Trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agents/supervisors
- Ensure all traces are suitably resolved before day end
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience with Reservations or significant experience of working in contact center
- Experience in selling, cross selling, and upselling multi properties in central environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and other language is an advantage
- Full knowledge of the Property Management System (Opera) is required
