About The Role
- A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
- A true people person must enjoy working closely with guests and surrounding teams to be able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests through a natural and anticipatory style of service.
- The Concierge team has an exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so are able to enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries.
- The Concierge is responsible for working closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options, create itinerates, arrange tours & transport along with the ability to arrange a wide variety of guest booking needs, pre and post stay correspondence, and must have exceptional verbal and written c
About You
- A successful applicate must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services to our guests.
- The candidate must constantly be enhancing and sharing their knowledge with the team to ensure a world class and up to date knowledge within the team is maintained.
- Due to guest demographics, being able to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.
