We design, manufacture, and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading people and manufacturing test teams in a AS-9100D manufacturing environment, and a proven track record of improving a team’s culture, quality of work, and efficiency over time.
You have good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management, employees, engineering, and human resources. You can identify and solve problems that arise during production.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, Systems, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead a team of Test Technicians that are responsible for testing MS1000 sensors. This includes assembly of all sub-assemblies and finished assemblies.
Responsible for creating a positive work culture and team dynamic within the MS1000 test team.
Responsible for performance management of all Test Technicians within the team. This includes performing formal and informal performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and positive recognition when appropriate.

Responsible for managing all employee training, ensuring that team members are properly trained for tasks they are performing and training is properly documented.
Support the Manufacturing Manager in determining the requirements for new staffing and hiring new staff members.
Responsible for working with Production Planning to ensure production moves as anticipated.
Responsible for following the non-conformance management process and ensuring MS1000 test corrective actions are being performed appropriately.
Ensure lean Manufacturing processes are implemented and sustained.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical / Electrical Technician or Technologist diploma or equivalent and/or at least 10 + years of demonstrated manufacturing experience or related role. Additionally, you should have:

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (NATO Level Clearance)
