Position Overview
Gastops is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Naval Programs to lead existing marine programs and support strategic opportunities in global naval and coast guard markets.
The role reports to the Director of Defence and bridges business development with program execution from pursuit through contract delivery.
Gastops develops equipment sensing and analysis products and services for aviation, energy, marine, industrial, and transportation applications.
Position Details

Program Leadership and Delivery
- Lead transitions from capture into execution by establishing plans, governance, resources, and customer relationships.
- Lead assigned programs, including Dynamic Response Analysis, SIM-STIM, naval products, and related engineering services, from award through delivery.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and customer expectations with the project management office.
