The Office Administrator is based in Ottawa and reports to the Office Manager.
The role supports administrative and business development activities across the office.
Work schedule and location
- The position is permanent and full time.
- The work schedule is onsite in Ottawa.
What you will do
- Assist with daily office operations and greet visitors according to arrival protocols.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and handle document scanning.
- Order office supplies and materials.
- Print, assemble, bind, and format documents and presentation materials.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics and bookings.
- Support corporate events such as lunch and learns, receptions, open houses, seminars, and meetings.
What you bring
- Diploma in office administration or a related field.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
