Team Lead – Software Engineering

Knowledge of desktop software development using C++ and Qt

Experience integrating desktop, edge, or device-connected applications with cloud services

Knowledge of color management, measurement systems, or hardware-connected software solutions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

~5+ years of experience delivering and evolving commercial software products throughout their lifecycle

Experience balancing technical leadership, people leadership, and hands-on software development responsibilities

Strong ownership mindset and ability to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities

Passion for building high-performing engineering teams and developing people

Collaborative and pragmatic approach in a cross-functional, global environment

High learning agility and enthusiasm for modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development

Ability to make sound technical and organizational decisions in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator capable of aligning stakeholders across multiple functions and regions

Ability to operate effectively in a distributed team with partial timezone overlap (India ↔ US/EU)
