Project Coordinator

Coordinating multiple customer projects from order through to successful delivery and installation

Managing purchasing activities and supplier communications for bespoke and standard components

Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams

Building and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met

Supporting commercial negotiations and supplier cost management activities

Communicating regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure a positive experience

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate system updates

SAP experience

Smartsheet experience

Exposure to cost analysis or budget tracking

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related projects
