Role Overview
Lead HR Shared Services delivery and operational excellence across the APAC region.
The role is remote, ideally based in Mumbai or Bangalore, and reports to the Senior Director of HR Shared Services.
Responsibilities
- Shape the global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap with an APAC regional perspective.
- Expand the Global Service Catalogue based on regional needs and insights.
- Lead regional Tier 1 to Tier 3 Service Partners and Specialists.
- Implement and continuously improve regional HR operational processes.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve innovation and agility.
- Partner with Global Process Owners on process harmonization and optimization.
- Drive performance measurement and continuous improvement using enterprise metrics.
- Lead regional change management and stakeholder communications.
- Support the maturity of the regional HR operating model.
- Build and manage the regional Shared Services team through coaching and development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience is required.
- At least 5 years of people-management experience is required.
- Experience leading HR Shared Services in a multinational, matrixed environment is required.
