Role Overview
Team Lead Purchase role within dental clinic operations in Dubai.
The role is onsite and oversees purchasing, inventory, and store processes supporting clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise purchasing for all dental clinic supplies.
- Coordinate procurement needs with dental specialists and other departments.
- Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts and ensure timely material availability.
- Manage and organize the clinic store while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procurement and inventory policies.
- Implement store-management and material-handling best practices.
- Train and guide junior purchasing and stock-management staff.
Requirements
- Experience overseeing purchasing for dental clinic supplies.
- Ability to coordinate procurement needs with dental specialists and other departments.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors and ensure timely material availability.
- Ability to manage inventory and organize clinic store processes accurately.
- Ability to monitor purchasing budgets and report to management.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and internal policy compliance requirements.
