Role overview
The Call Center Executive is the first point of contact for customers.
The role provides prompt and professional support through phone, email, and chat.
The position is onsite in Jumeirah Lakes Towers and works closely with colleagues and management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls about customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat.
- Record all conversations accurately in the company database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams with proper documentation.
- Explain products, services, and processes clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to provide prompt and professional customer support over phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to communicate clear and concise information about products, services, and processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with colleagues and management.
