- Manage and supervise a team of up to 10 Off Plan Property Consultants
- Oversee daily activities and productivity of agents
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance check ins
- Monitor and manage the team's sales pipeline through CRM
- Track daily agent activity including calls, viewings, and follow ups
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring for agents
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan property market
- Collaborate with Marketing team for campaigns and project promotions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance
Requirements
- Experience in managing a team of property consultants
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's Off Plan property market
- Proven track record in sales pipeline management

Job Purpose
- The Off Plan Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day operational management of up to 10 Property Consultants.
- Focused on daily sales operations, agent performance, pipeline management, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of up to 10 Off Plan Property Consultants.
- Oversee the daily activities and productivity of agents.
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance check ins.
