- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company provided leads
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, project launches, and payment plans
- Conduct property presentations, developer meetings, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in off plan real estate is an advantage but not required
- Freshers who are passionate about sales and real estate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus
- RERA certification and a UAE driving license are advantageous but not mandatory
