- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and company provided leads
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections
- List and market properties across various real estate portals and social media platforms
- Provide clients with market insights, property valuations, and pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and property listings in the company's CRM system
- Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and RERA regulations
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in secondary market real estate sales or leasing is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred but not required

Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will specialize in the sale and leasing of secondary market properties, build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, and guide clients through every stage of the tran
