- Oversee day to day operations of residential properties
- Maximize occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Oversee leasing, lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant communications
- Supervise facilities management, maintenance, and security
- Prepare and monitor property budgets and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with RERA, EJARI and other UAE Regulations
- Manage contractors and service providers
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience in the UAE, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of residential property operations and UAE property regulations
- Good leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Property Management Manager to oversee the overall operations of a portfolio of our residential properties in the Dubai Marina area.
- The role is responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining high occupancy, delivering excellent customer service, managing budgets, and leading the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of residential properties.
- Maximize occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.

Qualifications
