- Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems
- Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed
- Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals
- Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH)
