Responsibilities
- Review and implement the overall commissioning strategy, execution plan, and procedures developed by CONTRACTOR
- Define systemization, turnover philosophy, and commissioning sequencing aligned with project milestones
- Ensure early integration of commissioning requirements into engineering, procurement, and construction phases
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements
- Oversee pre commissioning activities including mechanical completion, flushing, cleaning, and testing
- Lead commissioning execution for process and utility systems, ensuring adherence to procedures and schedules
- Manage system completion, punch listing, and certification processes
- Lead commissioning readiness reviews and audits
Requirements
- Experience in commissioning and start up management for offshore projects
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with digital commissioning and completion management systems is an advantage
- Strong safety culture and HSE compliance knowledge
