Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commissioning activities for Process & Utility, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C systems
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, schedules, and execution plans
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Vendors, and Client representatives
- Oversee pre commissioning, commissioning, start up, performance testing, and operational readiness
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and HSE requirements
- Manage system completion, MC, RFC, punch list closure, and final acceptance documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning and start up issues
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary commissioning teams
- Monitor commissioning progress, prepare reports, and communicate status
- Support offshore integration, commissioning, and start up activities as required

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning and start up issues to minimize project risks and schedule impacts.
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary commissioning teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and technical guidance.
- Monitor commissioning progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
- Support offshore integration, commissioning, and start up activities as required to ensure seamless project execution and client handover.
