About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards (API, ASME, ISO).
- Review and approve ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct site inspections for piping, equipment installation, welding, and mechanical completion.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on quality matters.
- Witness and verify testing activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test, etc.).
- Perform and witness inspections, testing, FAT/SAT, calibration, loop checks, and pre commissioning activities.
- Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance, including vendor inspections and subcontractor compliance.
- Manage quality documentation, inspection records, and final handover dossiers, coordinating with construction and commissioning teams.
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works
- Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards
- Experience with ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC procedures
- Ability to conduct site inspections for piping, equipment installation, welding, and mechanical completion
- Experience managing Non Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Experience with testing activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test, FAT/SAT, calibration, loop checks)
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
