About the Role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Team Lead for Food & Beverage Services in Doha, Qatar. The role ensures staff teamwork, guest service, and operational duties including opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities
- Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean as you go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to appropriate department
- Report employee, guest, and vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
- Follow all company and safety/security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Position Summary
