Responsibilities
- Conduct general receptionist duties, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure the reception area, associated equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and well maintained
- Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- Ensure all guest bookings, confirmations, and follow ups are completed efficiently
- Monitor guest preferences and feedback to personalize service and enhance guest satisfaction
- Provide on the job training to new team members
- Act as a role model, leading by example in professionalism, guest service, and teamwork
- Actively motivate and support the team to upsell spa treatments and retail products to maximize revenue
- Handle the billing system accurately, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Support inventory management for spa retail products

Job Requirement
- To oversee front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and support the spa team by providing leadership, training, and guidance while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
