- Advanced skills in Web Development, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms
- Ecommerce Development: 5 years (Required)

Primary duties and responsibilities
- Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
- To follow up on regular basis to nurture relationship with current contacts and new prospects.
- Develop business with existing Vendors and build clientele base for expansion of categories of products.
- Identifying areas for development and make proposal on the same.
- Develop a long term business strategy and foster growth in assigned key areas.
- Submit daily report to reporting in charge on daily meetings, follow ups, cold callings, and contract signing.
- Create weekly / monthly forecasts and weekly / monthly reports on market performance.
- Maximize the networking opportunities and awareness by regular meetings and surveys and develop a further network of contacts.
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Ecommerce Customer support Team and Retail Flower shop team.
- Preferred degree in marketing, Business Administration, E commerce, or a related field and must have any certification in Digital Marketing/ E Commerce.
- Advanced skills in Web Development, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Ecommerce Development: 5 years (Required)
- Native Tamil (Required)
