About the Role
The Credentialing Team Lead leads a production-focused pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists.
The role owns day-to-day credentialing operations, team performance, compliance, quality, and client outcomes.
The position reports to the Credentialing Manager and combines hands-on operational ownership with people leadership.
Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote role aligned to EST hours.
Production Management
- Own speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA metrics for the pod.
- Monitor turnaround times and quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
- Identify process gaps, document SOPs, and lead internal training.
