The platform connects to primary data sources to help healthcare organizations maintain accurate and compliant provider networks.
Role Overview
Lead a production-focused pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists.
Own day-to-day credentialing operations, team performance, compliance, quality, and outcomes for a subset of clients.
The role reports to the Credentialing Manager and is fully remote, aligned to EST hours.
Production Management
- Own speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA metrics for the pod.
- Monitor turnaround times and quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
- Identify process gaps, document SOPs, and lead internal training.
- Manage escalations and oversee credentialing expirables.
- Support workload balancing, capacity planning, and operational risk escalation.
