The position owns outcomes for a subset of clients and reports to the Credentialing Manager.
This is a fully remote role aligned to EST hours.

Production Management and Continuity
- Own pod metrics for speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance.
- Monitor turnaround times and quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
- Identify process gaps, document SOPs, and lead internal training.
