Purpose of the Role
- The Teaching Assistant and Bus Attendant at Smart Vision School plays an important role in supporting students’ learning, wellbeing, and safety throughout the school day.
- During school hours, the Teaching Assistant works closely with teachers to support classroom learning, assist students with diverse needs, and help create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- During transport times, the Bus Attendant ensures the safe supervision and wellbeing of students while travelling to and from school, maintaining a calm, organised, and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Desirable
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, or Bus Attendant.
