- Organise classroom, learning resources, and displays to encourage positive learning environment
- Provide support and interventions for students with EAL or additional learning needs
- Take responsibility for attainment and progress of a class of children
- Provide regular feedback to parents and carers on student progress
- Follow behaviour management policy and promote TRACK Values
- Contribute to curriculum action group and school events
- Run a weekly ECA each term
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Teaching experience in English National Curriculum
- Experience teaching across the age ability range with proven success
- Commitment to continuing professional development
