Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Teaching certification or licensure valid for the specific state, region, or country
- Previous experience teaching elementary aged children (typically 1–3 years or more)
- Strong knowledge of child development and age appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools

Purpose of Role
- The purpose of the Elementary Teacher role is to provide high quality teaching and learning experiences that support the academic, social, and emotional development of young students.
- The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all children are encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Through planning, instruction, and assessment, the elementary teacher plays a key role in building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking, while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure valid for the specific state, region, or country.
- Additional qualifications or training in special education, literacy, or curriculum development (desirable).
- Previous experience teaching elementary aged children (typically 1–3 years or more).
