Overview

  • Aldar Education is seeking a Teacher Design Technology for the 2026/2027 academic year starting in August.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.

Minimum Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role.

  • Plan, prepare, and present sessions catering to the whole ability range.
  • Plan lessons consistently and effectively in long, medium, and short term.
  • Create a climate for learning conducive to outstanding practice.
  • Motivate students through enjoyable and creative lessons.
  • Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and ensure student achievement.
  • Be reflective of classroom provision, sessions taught, and progress made.
  • Support SEN, EAL, and G&T students through differentiation.
  • Facilitate Hybrid/Distance Learning/Face to Face lessons.

  • Manage classes effectively using appropriate approaches.
