- Advise on cross border transactions and international business structures
- Support tax efficient business expansion strategies
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position
- Provide strategic tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and restructuring
- Lead corporate tax calculations, provisions, and reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations and international tax frameworks
- Experience handling multinational tax structures and cross border transactions
- Experience in real estate, construction, investment, or multinational corporate environments
- Knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and transfer pricing regulations
- Experience managing tax audits and dealing with tax authorities
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel and tax reporting skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Tax Manager to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Corporate Tax, International Tax, and Tax Compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- The role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations, transfer pricing principles, tax planning strategies, and risk management.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and related filings.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
International Tax
- Manage international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise on cross border transactions and international business structures.

Tax Planning & Advisory
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Provide strategic tax advice to management on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and restructuring activities.
- Evaluate tax risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.
Corporate Tax Management
- Lead corporate tax calculations, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local corporate tax regulations.
- Review financial statements from a tax perspective.
- Assist in tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax authorities.
Risk Management & Controls
- Establish and maintain effective tax controls and processes.
- Identify tax exposures and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain tax documentation and records for audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance standards.
Requirements
