- Perform professional manual massage treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, and other massage techniques as required
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a comfortable, welcoming environment
- Educate clients on aftercare and wellness recommendations
- Build long term client relationships through excellent service
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in excellent condition
- Adhere to DHA regulations and company policies where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist
- Strong expertise in manual massage therapy is mandatory
- Proven experience in therapeutic and body massage techniques
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Strong history of positive client reviews or recommendations from previous employers
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in Massage Therapy are mandatory
- DHA eligibility or DHA license is an advantage
- Experience working in premium wellness centers, luxury spas, aesthetic clinics, rehabilitation centers, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities
