- Perform professional eyebrow shaping, brow design, and brow grooming services
- Provide facial waxing services, including upper lip, chin, cheeks, forehead, and full face waxing
- Deliver relaxing and professional face massage treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas
- Educate clients on aftercare and skincare recommendations
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Brow Master, Beautician, or Cosmetologist
- Strong skills in eyebrow shaping and facial waxing
- Experience performing face massage treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
